A massive construction boom is in the city and I'm sure many establishments experience noise and couldn't do much about it. We also didn't experience hearing noise from adjacent rooms, unlike one or two reviews accusing this hotel of paper-thin walls. This is the Philippines, for goodness' sake.
Walls here are constructed using concrete, unlike in the US where walls are made of wooden slats and plaster. It was when we checked out that we noticed the odor of cigarette smoke near the elevator at the 9th floor. I complained to the front desk and suggested that they should closely monitor guests' compliance with the no smoking policy. Check out took sometime considering that we were the only ones checking out that time and that there was no one other guest at the reception.
This is my third stay at Linden Suites and now regard this venue as the best accommodation in Manila. As a regular visitor to Manila I would be disappointed if I was unable to stay at this venue. It is clearly the best available in the 4 and 5 star bracket but without the unnecessary glitzy extras.
I feel at home at Linden, and that is a great feeling to have in Manila. The staff at Linden do exactly what is required The only concern The only misgiving. There are three restaurants in the hotel. Everything we ordered was good, not a single thing wrong, 2 C-Lounge - good hotel breakfast buffet but not the best. Slow refill of food, 3 Brasserie Lounge - the worst among the three. Cod fish and wagyu burger were not hot or even warm.
Fries were cold and stale. Im not sure if they reused it. Lots of flies. For a star restaurant, that was very disappointing. For the price you pay for this hotel, it's nothing special. Dusit Thai Philippines was recommended by my girlfriend. We both live in the province and don't have a place in Manila.

It was the Easter Long lines at the check in, got check in around 4pm. Then at breakfast, long lines. Good thing the food is great. At least, you will not get mad. Imagine waiting for 30 minutes then just to go your seats and the food is bad I can just imagine. Tried the bar on the penthouse. It was ok. The menu lacks food. They should have more selections s They should have more selections since the restaurant at the ground floor closes at 10pm.
If they want to position themselves as a five star hotel, they should have a 24 hour food service. Or just place a beside your hotel so your guest can have an option. The is the best bathroom so far. It has a single bathtub and a shower beside it. I will copy this design in my house. Everything is ok, maybe next time, they need more training on handling a fully booked hotel.
I think they were overwhelmed and ill prepared for the number of people and kids that checked in. I was really hoping for a very relaxing stay in Tagaytay City and Taal Vista really delivered. The staff are very friendly, the facilities are well-maintained, and all my requests were granted in terms of room specifications and accommodations. Me and my girlfriend were treated like royalty, as well as everyone else guests.

The hotel also had a great view of the Taal Volcano - probably the nearest and most breathtaking view of the volcano.
Very couple-friendly and the service are consistently superb. Staff are all-smiles and are very warm to speak to. They even would engage you in genuine conversations which I found very homey and reflects the Filipino hospitality.
I'd say this is one of the top three best countryside hotels in the Philippines. I hope they keep up the good work as I will definitely be coming back soon. Just positive things to say about this hotel. Two thumbs up! My kids enjoyed the pool. Superb service, polite staff, filipino dishes during breakfast buffet are very tasty. We had been into different hotels and resorts and yes, the rooms may not be a cozy carpeted 5 star type, but hey-it is a resort type and the floor tiles will always be wet and sandy coming home from pool or sandbar outside.

Moreso, i dont know why the other reviews state few food choices, this is by far the best breakfast buffet with a lot of tasty variants compared to other 4 or 5 Star we have been in other countries. No other hotels nearby or in Puerto Princesa Palawan can match what this hotel has to offer in terms of amenities, courteousness and service. You can even see their amazing landscape thru the plane window before landing. Highly recommended for families with young children. Just enjoy the view, the pool, food and your stay at the hotel, explore what they have to offer and have great bonding moments with your kids.

I have problem with upper floor toilet water leak and the staff immediately assist and help me to change the room. Internet speed up to standard and it help me to clear my email faster.

The front office staff, bell boys were extremely professional and friendly. Everything was perfect On one of the days, i had to wait 35 mins!! Truly disappointed with this as they are all so perfect in greeting and being friendly and professional but when it comes to the actual service, they are way way behind in standard. Be prepared to wait for at least 10 mins for everything and anything you request for.
I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat but the only thing that would make reconsider is their service. If you are looking for a central Makati location then this is the place to go. Just across the street from Greenbelt 1 so all the shopping you can want is right there on the doorstep. I can honestly say that the staff and service is up there with the best we have ever received not just in the Philippines but across all continents. Rooms are spacious and clean, free mini bar is a welcome bonus, and any issues however small are dealt with promptly.
She enjoyed great treatments and wished we were there longer to try more. The restaurants serve tasty food at a competitive price and the staff will recommend places to eat out rather than just promoting their own which was nice to see. Overall a 5 star performance by the Makati Diamond Residences. Can heartily recommend a stay here and will be our go to place to stay when in Makati. The staff is very friendly professional and helpful. The facilities of the hotel are very good. The pool is nice and has an extra jacuzzi. There are two gyms. The small one has a nice view and no one was there when we went. You also have the usually free water and fruits. You even can do classes in the bigger gym. The breakfast is served on the top floor and has a great view.
The buffet is huge and delicious! That was probably the best part of our stay, the breakfast! The in-room service is good, we took salads and they were very good just a bit too small.
The room had a lot of space, was modern and very comfortable. The only bad point was that the flash button of the toilette didn't work well. I would definitively advise you to stay in this hotel.
