Measure in 1 inch 2. Then, find the midpoint of each conduit and drill another hole through the pipe. Attach the conduits to the brackets with nuts and bolts. Test pivoting the conduit up and down in the bracket to make sure it moves smoothly.
Attach the rest of the conduits to the other brackets. Attach degree angle pieces to the top of each conduit with screw couplings.
