Just looking for some info on Grundens Deck Boss. I own Xtra Tuffs but I need to replace them but sense they out sourced to China I refuse to pay top dollar for a boot made over seas. Anyway does anybody own a pair of those Deck Boss's? They seem like the tread would be good on wet decks. Are the comfortable after being on your feet all day?

I have a pair of the china boots,and they have held up for 3 years, and I fish more than most. The Grundens are cushy, but i didn't like the insole design.

KimH Someday I'll live the dream. I have both. Grundens are far easier to get on and off vs the Tuff's. I think the Tuff's have a slight Xtratuf Fishing Boots Review 90 advantage of grip. I also have a pair of the ankle high Tuff's that I'm trying on the boat up North. I bought those thinking I could quickly slip in and out of them so I could run out on deck from the bridge to check the gear and hauls. I feel they are still a pain in the ass to pull on. I own both. The grundens boots are super slippery on diamond plate or slick surfaces. Like scary slippery. They told me to scuff them up on concrete which helped a little. Walker Inc.
