I can't find the name of the fiberglass boat manufacturer that used to make blank hulls, but maybe someone in the forums will come up with a builder. If you don't find a source, you could always consider building your own fiberglass hull from scratch. You would make a mold and do the fiberglass, cloth, epoxy and create it to your specifications.

As another alternative, you might want to consider buying a used or damaged catamaran that is in bad shape for next to nothing, sank, or storm damage and start your building process from there? As you see there's many different options available, depending on your skill level, available time, and financial budget.
