Kevin Callahan, 52, and the township have mutually agreed to terms on a one-year contract which the township board voted to approve during a special meeting Tuesday.
Callahan, who lives in Prairieville Township, plans to start in the position sometime in April, he said Wednesday. Former Treasurer Judy Pence voted against approving the terms in the contract.
