Nobody was ever available to answer their telephone. Finally, many months later I received the final parts of my order and although I placed the order under their offer of "free shipping" I was charged shipping and there has been no response to my emails to them and still, nobody is there to answer their calls. Apparently a ghost internet operation now. I love this store!
They have so many great deals, sales, and often have coupon codes for free or discounted shipping. Most of my orders over the years arrive within a week or two. Some items have taken a month to arrive after the date of purchase, fewer items have taken up to two months. I'm not going to knock this company though. I've always had positive experiences with Christianbook and they always deliver good quality items. Also love that they send me catalogs every so often.
I'm a customer for life. I have no idea if their products are good or bad. I tried 3x to establish a tax exemption for the church organization I was ordering for. I submitted the church's state issued tax exempt certificate which they denied twice. I then filled out a one-time tax exempt form which they again denied because I only listed their business name on the form and failed to list their business address.
I placed my order with a different company and had no problem getting a tax exempt status with what I had originally submitted to this company. Tip for consumers: If you need a tax exempt status, find a company other than this one to order from.

A few days later I was told the item was out of stock and back ordered. I sent a complaint because although other sites had the product when I placed my order they were now either out of store or had a significant price increase.
