This is a grill-your-own deal in a real cowboy type setting but you will not find better value for steak in steamboat. Server had a difficult time coordinating our sides with our main courses. Finished eating my main course before my side dishes arrived. Seemed a bit overpriced. Delicious food, fun to cook with my husband for our anniversary. Their happy hour is outstanding. Their meats and the service is tremendously good. They have grills there so you cook your own, which I kind of enjoy. They will give you Really fun for the family. The manager nicely told her that she wished she had said something prior to eating the entire thing, and then this customer just went nuts!
