I found no negatives. Fantastic riding boat and well. With the larger livewells and usual lack of forward seating, I would say the Contender is more fishy. The Jupiter would likely be more family friendly and has a very nice head compartment with arw access. I would give the quality nod to the Jupiter. Both have strong resale value. They are a heavier boat than a Contender and ride very well in a head sea. The Jupiter has a really nice size T-top that provides a lot of shade. The head in the Jupiter is superior in every way.
