Things started to get tricky once they left Bali though, just as two Gulf charter students had jumped on board. Their autopilot failed and then their starter quit on the motor going into Singapore, so they sailed very slowly in pitch black across the Singapore Straits where Ron met them at One Degree 15 marina with a new autopilot and helped fix their motor.
