Good location. Convenient shuttle service to mountain. Just wish the kitchen was stocked better with cooking utensils. Had trouble figuring out their new thermostats.

Being right across the street from the grocery store was a plus. The two bedroom suites were spacious and well equipped. We ran out of hot water the first two nights of our stay.
The shuttle was not reliable at all and the staff was less than friendly and accommodating. This was our first trip to Steamboat and our kids first time to CO.

Not a very nice resort. This resort was not very nice. We stayed at one down the street by wyndam that was much nicer. The rooms were outdated and beat up.
