While studying chemistry section "Physical and Chemical Changes" we found that instructor is saying When I tried to contact to customer support they tried to make me saying that 7th class also has 12th class concepts so they have put 12th class concepts.
But when I scolded that representative then only he took my complain but after that there is no action on it. If you are in 7th class and bought SD card for tablet then you will find same issue in your copy. One of the Byju's rep consulted me and convinced that my son in 6th standard will have weekly connect with subject matter experts and complete guidance on doubts and questions. A week later when I contacted him - he told me that he left Byjus!!! A mentor was assigned after 1 month we got the tablet, after follow ups Funny part - the mentor does not want to take names calls up in the morning while you are at work for discussions - even after passing the feedback that at work its not possible to pick up calls.
And, when asked for Week-ends to call - either the mentor is on leave or she does not call back though she commits to. Coming to the content - I feel the videos are good and well prepared. But for a 6th standard student - who is average or above average - Byjus expect the child is going to pick up things by going thru videos and attempting practice exams!!
My son used to spend very less time on videos and attempt practice tests - which is mostly multiple choice. I have several times requested mentor to assess by asking questions on what children gone thru the content - more conceptual understanding.
I think the model works for children who are matured and can do things on their own. For others, parents should sit along with children. I am sharing this as a parent who subscribed to BYJUS for 3 Years and cannot do anything but to live with the problem as we are working parents - get time to spend time with children late in the evening when child is almost done with home works, and does not show interest to open books again - even BYJUS for that matter Regards, Harish.

While their websites report 30K per grade. At first we thought it was a good deal but then we found there are many others who have gotten for 10K also. Overall I felt cheated. Akul Jagga which he could not deliver.
Overall the customer service was also very poor. We got SD card for incorrect course. One SD card did not work properly. The tablet was not configured the way it was promised. When we reached out to Akul, he did not pay much attention as it was already purchase. Customer service also responds on queries days late. Overall, they do not care once the product is sold.
Content: This is also average. The ones which are on promotions are the best but once you purchase they are average. Many of them have basic grammar and conceptual issues. Some of the videos seem like spoon feeding. Where today's students are coding and this seems exremely basic. Even questions and exercises are quite basic.
