Fisherfriends take all unique items even after hitting Best Friend status, so be careful when turning in Wow Classic Addons Fishing Buddy items when close to Best Friend status.

I got Best Friend and all the toys from a Fisher Friend in an hour and a half. It did not feel that different from a man fishing raid. Comment by Shockbanana As of BFA this achievement is still possible to do, although is much more time consuming than in Legion. I was posting groups in custom lfg, but the highest number of people I had in the group at one time was 4. Most of the time you will be fishing alone. Based on my experience you need around: hours while doing the friends solo, 3 hours with a small group, Max 2 hours for Sha'leth fishing only from the moving pool.
Evenings seem empty, Be sure to fish until you can buy the rare fish for the Bigger Fish to Fry achievement, to get your legendary rod, Suramar is still the best place to farm artifact power for the rod, especially when going solo. Very simple to do job and earning from this are just awesome.
