We were the only two people on the boat. We left the dock at and didn't get back until a little after 3. We were taken through the locks and out to Port Canaveral. Receive lots of information about areas around the port and the Kennedy Space Center. Saw a couple dolphins on the way out. Returning back through the locks we cross the I call it a bay and entered into a long wide area dredge by the Army Corps of Engineers. The first thing we saw was about an 8-foot alligator lounging on the bank.

We were hoping to see manatees but they did not cooperate today. We did see lots of pelicans, cormorants and a couple other types of Aquatic Birds. Throughout the tour we occasionally saw dolphins. A perfect trip would have included manatee sightings but since they're not trained they couldn't be summoned on demand. I recommend this gentle trip and believe you'll be satisfied.
