An outside servicer will have to come to the store to make any repairs In comparison, an independant dealer has a vested interest in keeping you happy as a buyer. Your boat will go to the front of the line in the event it needs repair in or out of warranty vs. BTW, one of the biggest complaints I hear about those brands is the poor customer service buyers receive after purchasing straight from a BPS store.
