I know from my dealings and visit to epic, they have also had a complete change in leadership at the factory. They took my boat in and Fixed the warranty items as well as other things I did free of charge at the factory. The people were extremely nice to me during the process and even delivered my boat back to me once complete. It looked Brand new.
