Accommodated MY mistake!! We arrived at the shop, gave our names, and no reservation was found. Apparently I did not complete the reservation after all! Instead of turning us away at the busiest time of the season, the staff got us fitted and set to ski the next day. What a relief! Every staff member we came in contact with was very professional, helpful and friendly, no matter how busy the shop was!

Chad, Torrie, Monique and Danny are great and truly care about their customers. Fleischer has the best rental equipment on the mountain and they take their time to ensure you have the right fit. At the end of ski season, they sell their demo skis and boots and you can get great deals - they replace these every year because they are sticklers for quality. Best part is they now have a bar where you can sit and drink a beer while they tune your skis.
