I HATE the new format. This is why I found this article. I wonder why you do not mention Lulu. They do good printing and production, reasonable but not cheap distribution to Ingram and Amazon.

The book's first page was the 9th page of the file I didn't even know that was possible to do to a PDF and they added 8 blank pages at the back of the book. Also, the cover was falling off, and there were globs of glue at the seams, and the paper they use is very thin and cheap. No way I will send a book of mine out into the world like that.
