Rather than transport the defective wet and sandy boat back home we chucked it in the trash. We were pretty mad our trip was ruined by the defective boat. We contacted VM Innovations to let them know what happened and how the trip was ruined because of the defective boat.
We were advised that they cannot refund our money without me cutting out the warning label on the raft and sending them a picture of it. Apparently they think we are lying and trying to get a free boat.
