Loved seeing the manatees! A great experience, but my favorite part was the manatees. The van has easy access and is extremely comfortable. I was impressed by how well the binoculars worked provided by Wildlife Tours at each seat. The commentary along the way was informative and helpful, both from a nature and an historical perspective.

Blue Dolphin River Tour. We scheduled the tour to see dolphins and the River areas. We were the only two people on the boat. We left the dock at and didn't get back until a little after 3. We were taken through the locks and out to Port Canaveral.
Receive lots of information about areas around the port and the Kennedy Space Center. Saw a couple dolphins on the way out. Returning back through the locks we cross the I call it a bay and entered into a long wide area dredge by the Army Corps of Engineers.
The first thing we saw was about an 8-foot alligator lounging on the bank. We were hoping to see manatees but they did not cooperate today.
We did see lots of pelicans, cormorants and a couple other types of Aquatic Birds. Throughout the tour we occasionally saw dolphins. A perfect trip would have included manatee sightings but since they're not trained they couldn't be summoned on demand.
